诺尔·M·蒂奇:密歇根大学商学院教授,国际上著名的专门从事领导能力和机构改革咨询的顾问。诺尔.M.蒂奇著有《杰克.韦尔奇如何使CE成为世界上最具竞争力的公司》,《转变型领导》等一系列畅销图书。

诺尔·迪奇一生著作颇丰,诸如《领导力驱动》、《掌握你的命运》、《其他人也许会》、《奇异传奇》和《领导引擎》等,这些著作无不渗透着他关于领导力变革的思想。新近出版的《领导力循环:伟大的领导人教授公司取得成功》一书中,他阐述了公司的领导者通过培训员工去赢得胜利的重要性。他认为,一个卓越的公司,不仅是在最高阶级拥有卓越的领导人,还是在所有阶级,都拥有卓越的领导人才。公司要鼓励并培育领导人才,使得他们在不同阶段、在各个角落都能得到提升,增强其主人翁意识和自豪感。
